Walmart Supercentre Coming to Lime Ridge Mall Late Fall 2026!

To better serve customers in the growing city of Hamilton, Walmart Canada will open a new 140,000 sq. ft. Supercentre at Lime Ridge Mall in 2027. The store will feature:A full grocery department with fresh produce, bakery, and deliExpanded home, electronics, and apparel sectionsA Walmart PharmacyCustomers will also enjoy fast online order pickup and delivery, available in as little as two hours.This new location is part of Walmart Canada’s $6.5 billion investment to expand its store and supply chain network over the next five years. The Supercentre will occupy the former Sears space at the north end of Lime Ridge Mall, visible from Upper Wentworth Street.Walmart currently operates 150 stores in Ontario, including six in Hamilton, and employs over 45,000 associates in the province.
